Victoria Moura is Agritecture’s South America Representative, leading sustainable agriculture and controlled environment agriculture (CEA) initiatives across Brazil. With a Master’s in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and a B.S. in Business Administration from NYU Stern, she brings expertise in sustainability strategy, stakeholder engagement, and emissions reporting. Victoria has consulted for organizations including C40 Cities, Primestor Development, and Columbia University. At Agritecture, she focuses on advancing urban farming, regenerative agriculture, and climate-resilient food systems in Latin America.

Henry is an acknowledged global thought leader in the vertical and urban agriculture industry. He has spoken at sustainability-driven forums and events worldwide, and has 10+ years of experience consulting and spearheading numerous sustainability initiatives.

Expertise: concept development, strategic planning, sustainability assessments

Djavid oversees project development and helps clients determine the right growing method, crop choice, and labor-management methods. He has a professional background in sustainable technologies including hydroponic equipment distribution, vertical axis wind turbine sales, and carbon sequestration applications.

Expertise: farm design, equipment & technology, feasibility studies

David advises on growing- and operations-related questions for our clients. He also oversees research and data modeling activities for Agritecture Designer. David has more than 15 years of experience working in agriculture, including indoor and outdoor hydroponics as well as soil.

Expertise: crop management, business strategy, crop climate resilience, CEA algorithms

Alberto advises on optimization of operation and energy performance of greenhouses and CEA facilities. He has obtained hands-on experience in the operation, design, and construction of vertical farms while living in Europe.
